BODY LANDSCAPES FESTIVAL 1ST WEEK

During the first week of the festival, the two artists had organized a collective experience. They had planned their workshops from two different experiences of migration. On one side, Chuyia, a Malaysian artist based in Sweden, explores her own identity and uses several images and practices from her homeland to create a poetic performance environment. On the other side, we had Mads, a Danish artist, who uses his own de-territorialization as material for his performances and challenges the concept of home. Chuya´s and Mad´s three-day workshop finished into a public performance the night of 6th of October 2017.
